Conference fee includes proceedings, teabreaks, lunches, reception, site visit.

For PhD Students & Post - doctoral students (24 months after PhD defence), please upload proof of your eligibility in the submission.

A special discount of 20% or 40% is applied to Author registrations to the Conference, based on the GDP per capita of the registrant’s country. (This discount does not apply to PhD registrations)

Payment of the registration includes admission to all the sessions, proceedings, coffee/tea breaks, lunch and site visit.

Registration to RILEM Week and Conference events will be completed online (form).

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations. No refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after July 1st 2025.
