Submission options, Guidelines to authors, Conference proceedings

Scientific contributions

Regular speakers can contribute to the conference in several ways:

full paper (6 to 8 pages) and oral presentation (12 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A)

extended abstract (2 to 4 pages) and oral presentation (12 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A)

regular abstract (1 page) and flash presentation during oral session (2 min. presentation) and poster presentation.

Keynote speakers can contribute with extended abstract or full paper. They are allocated a 20 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A.

The scientific committee of the conference reserves the right to adapt the nature of the presentation (12 min. presentation + Q&A or 2 min. flash presentation) according to the scientific content of the contribution.

Proceedings

All full papers and regular and extended abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.

Please note that full papers are submitted to RILEM copyright.

Guidelines to authors

Regular abstracts should be 300 words maximum. They should be prepared using the template available here. The deadline for regular abstract submission is given here.

Extended abstracts should be between 2 and 4-page long. They should be prepared using the template available here

Extended abstracts can be submitted either directly by the deadline of regular abstracts; or by the deadline of full papers. In the latter case, a regular abstract should be submitted first.

Full papers should be 6 pages minimum to 8 pages maximum. They should be prepared using the template available here

Upon acceptance, the RILEM copyright form  should be also provided by authors.

Authors who have received notification that their abstract has been accepted must submit their full article or extended abstract, in their personal space (by logging to the website) by completing their initial submission, which can be found in My Space > My Submissions (see below).

Authors are asked not to create a new submission.

Papers, extended abstracts and regular abstracts must be submitted in Word format as "supplementary data".

Guidelines for posters

The layout of posters is free, no poster template is imposed by the conference organisers.

Please prepare an A0 poster and bring the hard copy with you.
