Abstract Submission (Required for All Contribution Formats)

All authors must submit an abstract (1 page) before submitting a full paper or an extended abstract.

• Opening: 16 July 2024
• Deadline for submission of abstracts: 15 February 01 March 2025 (Extended deadline)
• Acceptance notification: 28 February 08 March 2025

Final Submission Options

After acceptance, authors may submit one of the following:

1. Only Abstract (1 page) – No further action required after abstract submission
2. Extended Abstract (2–4 pages) – Abstract submission and acceptance required prior to submission
3. Full Paper (6–8 pages) – Abstract submission and acceptance required prior to submission

• Review notification: 30 April 01 June 2025
• Final submission deadline: 08 June 2025

Note: The scientific committee reserves the right to determine the nature of the presentation (12 min talk + Q&A or 2 min flash presentation) based on the scientific content.
